Kendrapada: A panchayat samiti member was found hanging inside her house in Dumuka panchayat under Marsaghai police limits of Odisha’s Kendrapada district on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as Gita Pradhan, a member of Dumuka Panchayat Samiti.
According to sources, family members spotted her body hanging from a ceiling fan and informed police, which recovered the body and began a probe.
It is suspected that she might have taken the extreme step over some family feud.
