Bhubaneswar: A special CBI court on Tuesday granted conditional bail to Charchit Mishra, son of industrialist Mahima Mishra and Director of Orissa Stevedores Limited (OSL), in the Paradip Port Trust bribery case.
While granting conditional bail, the court asked Charchit to submit his passport, not influence witnesses and depose before the investigating officer once every 15 days.
Charchit was arrested by the CBI on August 6.
The Paradip Port Trust bribery case relates to the recovery of Rs 84.5 lakh by the CBI during searches at various locations in Cuttack and Paradip.
