Bhubaneswar: Parichay Foundation, the channel partner of Nestle India Ltd, donated its products worth Rs 25 lakh to Odisha Police in appreciation of its contribution to fight COVID-19.
Founder of Parichay Foundation Rosalin Patasani Mishra handed over the materials to Dr. Sudhanshu Sarangi, Commissioner of Police on Tuesday. She said police personnel are corona warriors of the state as they have been doing services to society putting their lives at risk.
Besides guarding containment zones and quarantine centres, the police are enforcing the lockdown and handling thousands of migrants returning to the state, she said.
Dr. Sarangi thanked Parichay Foundation and Nestle India for the contribution.
