Cuttack: A Railway Protection Force (RPF) head constable earned praises for his quick action that saved a life at Cuttack railway station.
Constable Safid Khan noticed a man hanging from a door of Purushottam Express while patrolling platform-4 on Wednesday morning. The passenger was travelling from Bihar to Cuttack and had suddenly woken up from his sleep. He slipped while attempting to deboard the train and was pulled towards the wheels. Khan immediately rushed to the spot and pulled him away from the moving train.
The incident was captured by a CCTV camera.
