Bhadrak: A patient and his two relatives were seriously injured after the ambulance carryi
ng them met an accident in the district.
According to sources, the patient of Bhograi in Balasore district and his relatives were returning in the ambulance after consulting the doctors at SCB Medical College and Hospital when the driver lost control and the vehicle overturned at Rahanj square on NH-16. While the patient and his relatives, who sustained injuries, managed to come out of the vehicle, the driver fled.
The local people rushed the injured persons to Bhadrak district headquarters hospital, the sources said.
