Patrapur residents protest against erratic water supply

Berhampur: Local residents, most of whom were women, staged a demonstration before Rural Water Supply and Sanitation office at Patrapur in Ganjam district on Thursday.

They carried empty water pots and utensils to protest against irregular water supply to the locality. “Despite repeated requests, the authorities are paying no heed to our grievances. We will continue the agitation till the demands are met,” an agitator said.
