Ahmedabad: Four people were detained by police for allegedly spreading rumours about Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s health.
Ahmedabad Special Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ajay Tomar said the quartet posted fake news on Shah in social media on Saturday. Tomar informed the media that a case had been filed under IPC and IT Act sections.
After the accused made the posts, Shah refuted rumours about his ill health.
