Cuttack: There were firecrackers and music on the streets of the Millennium City as news of Congress MLA candidate Mohammed Moquim winning the Barabati-Cuttack assembly seat came in.
Moquim has displaced BJD’s Debasish Samantaray from the seat with a margin of 3,729 votes.
Chandra Sarathi Behera (BJD) has won from Cuttack-Sadar.
In Cuttack-Chowdar constituency, Souvic Biswal of BJD is leading by 17,351 votes.
