Bhubaneswar: A PhD student of a private university was found hanging inside a rented house at Nandan Vihar in Odisha capital on Saturday.
She was identified as Nikita Tiwari, a native of Uttar Pradesh.
Police have recovered the body for postmortem and informed her family members and husband, who resides in South Korea, about the death. Though the exact reason behind her death was yet to be ascertained, it is suspected she was under mental stress.
Further probe is underway.
