Plus III Student Falls Into River While Clicking Selfie In Odisha

Koraput: A Plus III student of Boipariguda Degree College in Koraput district fell into a river near Gupteswar temple here while clicking selfie.

The student has been identified as Ritik Achari.

According to sources, Ritik had gone to the temple with his friends on Monday. He slipped and fell into the Kolab river while taking a selfie and was swept away in strong water currents.

On being informed, Fire Service officials and ODRAF team reached the spot and started rescue operation. He is yet to be traced, the sources added.
