PM Modi Wishes Rahul Gandhi ‘A Long Healthy Life’ On His Birthday

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Tuesday, wished Congress president Rahul Gandhi on his 48th birthday. This is Rahul Gandhi’s first birthday since taking charge of the Congress last December.

Narendra Modi wished a long and healthy life to Rahul Gandhi. He tweeted: “Birthday greetings to Congress president Shri Rahul gandhi. I pray for his long and healthy life.”

The PM’s message was posted hours after Rahul Gandhi targeted him over Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party’s protest at the Lieutenant Governor’s home in Delhi.

The Congress chief accused PM of nudging chaos and disorder. “PM turns a blind eye to the anarchy; rather nudges chaos and disorder,” he wrote.

His tweets have been incisive since the election days when the two targeted each other in election campaigns last few months.

PM Modi’s birthday wish was an exact copy of his last year’s tweet. It did not include #HappyBirthdayRahulGandhi, used by several Congress leaders to wish their president.

Rahul Gandhi celebrated his birthday last year in Italy, with his 93-year-old grandmother.
