Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Principal Secretary Pramod Kumar Mishra is slated to visit Odisha’s Berhampur on Monday.
As per sources, Mishra is scheduled to visit the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Berhampur during his tour.
Mishra is also scheduled to visit Maa Tara Tarini temple in the district and offer prayers at the shrine.
He is scheduled to make a night halt in Berhampur before returning to Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.
He is also likely to hold discussion with senior district officials of Ganjam during his visit. The district officials are likely to brief him about various development and welfare activities in the region.
A native of Sambalpur, Mishra is a 1972-batch Gujarat cadre IAS officer. He has been with PM Modi for the past decade after retiring as Agriculture Secretary to GOI. He was Additional Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister during 2014-19 before being appointed to the Principal Secretary post.
