Boudh: A youth leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was arrested on Sunday on charges of collecting money from investors by promising them high returns.
He was identified as Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BYJM) Boudh President Narayan Karmi. He was arrested by Manamunda police here along with his associate Munu Pradhan.
According to reports, the duo had collected huge sum of money from gullible investors by opening a firm called Go Life Trading Pvt Ltd.
Basing on complaints lodged by some duped investors, police started investigation and arrested the duo.
