New Delhi: Hours after former President Pranab Mukherjee’s son Abhijit Mukherjee tweeted that his father is stable and showing signs of improvement, the Army Research and Referral Hospital in Delhi on Wednesday notified that the 84-year-old’s health is worsening.
“There has been a decline in the medical condition of Shri Pranab Mukherjee as he has developed features of lung infection. He continues to be on ventilatory support and is currently being managed by a team of specialists,” the hospital said in a statement.
