Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to embark on a three-day visit to Odisha starting July 6, sources said on Wednesday.
-qvutc0 r-poiln3″>During this visit, Murmu is likely to participate in Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath and siblings in Puri on July 7-8. She is scheduled to attend the convocation of NISER, Bhubaneswar, on July 9, before flying back to Delhi.
The President had last visited the state from February 28 – March 2 this year and participate in various programmes across Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Ganjam, Khurda, and Sambalpur districts. She had then inaugurated a national-level seminar on tribals at Dharanidhar University in Keonjhar, graced the 53rd convocation of Utkal University in Bhubaneswar and the 25th convocation of Berhampur University at Bhanja Bihar.
