Bhubaneswar: President Ram Nath Kovind will arrive in Odisha on Saturday as part of a two-day visit to temple town Puri. Following is his official schedule during his trip to the state.
February 19
* The President will be welcomed by Odisha Governor Ganeshi Lal and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) in Bhubaneswar, where he is scheduled to arrive at 2.45 pm.
* Kovind will fly to Puri in a chopper at 2.55 pm.
* After landing at 3.25 pm at Talabania helipad in Puri, he will head to the Raj Bhawan. After an hour’s rest, he is scheduled to visit the Jagannath Temple for darshan of the deities.
* The President will arrive at the temple at 5 pm and spend about 45 minutes inside.
* At 5.45 pm, he will return to the Raj Bhawan where he will spend the night.
February 20
* The President will visit Shree Chaitanya Goudiya mutt at 10.30 am.
* He will reach Saradhabali in front of Gundicha Temple to attend a programme organised by the mutt at 10.45 am.
* At 11 am, he will inaugurate the third annual celebrations of the 150th birth anniversary of Srimad Bhakti Sidhhant Saraswati Goswami Prabhupada, the founder of Goudiya Mission.
* At 12 noon, he will fly to Bhubaneswar from Talabania helipad.
* At 12.55 pm, he is scheduled to fly back to New Delhi from Bhubaneswar airport.
