Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra, who is busy promoting ‘Heads Of State’, was asked about her food preferences during an interaction at the film’s premiere.
The actress unhesitatingly chose hot dogs over vada pav.
When a video clip from the premiere went viral, fans were disappointed to learn about Priyanka’s choice.
Clapping back at the social media influencer, who questioned her food choices, Priyanka shared on her Instagram stories that she didn’t know there was a syllabus for being desi.
Sharing the influencer’s video, Priyanka posted, “Wow bro! Didn’t know there was a syllabus for being desi. Its not that serious (laughing face emoticons).”
On the work front, Priyanka was last seen in the Indian film ‘The White Tiger’, which was released on Netflix in 2021.
Her last theatrical release was ‘The Sky is Pink’, in 2019.
Priyanka will be next seen in SS Rajamouli’s ‘SSMB 29’ alongside Mahesh Babu.
