Priyanka Chopra Dances To Iconic Bollywood Songs At Brother Siddharth’s Haldi Ceremony

Mumbai: Actress Priyanka Chopra is in Mumbai for her brother Siddharth Chopra’s wedding.

The marriage festivities started a day earlier, with the Haldi and mehendi ceremony taking place on Wednesday.

In videos from the celebration, Priyanka is seen dancing to iconic Bollywood songs like ‘Maahi Ve’ from ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’ and ‘Chaiya Chaiya’ from ‘Dil Se’.

The actress opted for a yellow salwar suit and paired it with tinted sunglasses for the Haldi ceremony.

The to-be bride and groom joined the actress as she grooved to the beats of the desi dhol.

On Monday, Priyanka shared a series of pictures on social media to give her fans a glimpse of the sangeet rehearsals.

“Shaadi ka ghar…!!” she wrote, “And it begins tomorrow — mere bhai ki shaadi @siddharthchopra89 with @neelamupadhyaya! Sangeet practice to fam jams. So good to be home — my heart is full, and so is my schedule. Who said a wedding is easy? No one… but is it fun? Absolutely! Looking forward to the next few days.”

The actress shared with Harper’s Bazaar India that her brother Siddharth and his would-be wife Neelam met on a dating app, in which she has invested.

Speaking about the app, Priyanka said, “We took it to India, which was cool because my brother met his fiancée on the app. For once, he was grateful for something I did! They’re so cute. I love love.”
