A nine-storey building was constructed by Pathak in 1998. He moved court as Chief Engineer Dukhabandu Behera failed to clear his payment. Behera had sought time from the court when it passed a similar verdict last year. As he failed make the payment within the stipulated time, the court again ordered for the auction of the furniture in his office.
