Protests Planned Outside House Of Imran Khan’s First Wife; Check Jemima’s Reaction

London: Imran Khan, who was voted out of power a week ago, has been facing flak for showing defiance and refusing to face a no-confidence vote before being forced to by Pakistan’s Supreme Court.

Even his first wife Jemima Goldsmith has not been spared. Protests have been planned against Imran outside her UK house. So what they have been divorced for 10 years now!

On Friday, Jemima shared a poster of a protest against Imran scheduled to take place on April 17 outside her residence.

“Protests outside my house, targeting my children, antisemitic abuse on social media. It’s almost like I’m back in 90s Lahore,” Jemima tweeted.

“With respect, the difference is that I have got nothing to do with Pakistani politics and neither have my children. They are low-key private individuals who are not even on social media,” she added.

Imran and Jemima, who got married in 1995, have two sons – 25-year-old Sulaiman Isa Khan and 23-year-old Kasim Khan. The couple parted ways in 2012, and Jemima has been living in the UK with her sons since then.
