Mumbai: Two young men were run over by the Hyderabad-Ajmer Express while they were engrossed in an online PUBG game in Hingoli district of Maharashtra.
Police sources said Nagesh Gore (24) and Swapnil Annapurne (22) were playing PUBG on their phones near the railway track at Khatkali Bypass in Hingoli, over 570km from Mumbai, on Saturday evening. Their bodies were discovered at night.
PUBG has been in the news for being highly addictive. Rajkot Police recently banned the game after which 10 individuals were arrested for playing the game.
