Cuttack: The Orissa High Court on Wednesday quashed all petitions filed against the Puri Heritage Corridor project around the Jagannath Temple.
The HC observed that hearing the petitions had no relevance any longer after the Supreme Court’s order.
Earlier this month, the SC rejected two petitions challenging the excavation and construction being undertaken by the Odisha government along the Jagannath Temple.
The SC termed the pleas as “frivolous” and imposed penalty of Rs 1 lakh each on both petitioners.
