Bhubaneswar: The Raj Prasad Bije Niti ritual was underway at Shri Jagannath Temple in Puri on Sunday.
After the ritual, which was held at 10.30 am, the Daita Sevakas took Karala Chandan of the deities to Raj Prasad on a silver platter. They informed Gajapati Maharaja that the sibling deities are cured now. They also informed him about Rath Yatra and Gupta Niti to the Maharaja.
As per the schedule, Dwara Phita ritual was held at 4 am today. Then, Mangala Arati, Mailam, Abakasha Niti, Rosha Homa rituals were held.
Dwarapala puja was held at 6.45 am, following which, Gopala Ballabha puja, was held.
Raj Prasad Bije Niti was held at 10.30 am. The Beharana Dwara was closed at 10.35 am and Jay Bijaya Dwara was opened at 10.45 am.
The Dwitiya Bhoga Mandap ritual was performed in between 11.15 am and 1 pm.
Dakhini Ghara Bhoga was offered at 1 pm and Jay Bijaya Dwara was closed at 1.5 pm. Then the Beharana Dwara was opened at 1.10 pm.
Sandhya Arati ritual will be held at 4.30 pm.
Sandhya Dhupa, Mailam, Chandanlagi, Badasinghara Besha, Badasinghara Bhoga will be held in between 5 pm and 8 pm.
Chakata Bhoga and Pana Bhoga will be offered to the deities at 10.40 pm. The Pahud Alati ritual will be held at 11 pm.
