Bhubaneswar: “Wow, love this piece of work!” Shuttler PV Sindhu reacted to the sand art created by artist Sudarsan Pattnaik on Puri sea beach after her historic bronze at Tokyo Olympics.
The Reigning world champion is only the second Indian and the country’s first woman to win two Olympic medals. She won the bronze on Sunday after a straight-game win over world no. 9 He Bing Jiao of China in the badminton women’s singles third-place play-off.
To celebrate her win, Sudarsan created a beautiful sand art and wrote, “You have made the whole country proud by your spectacular performance”.
