Bhubaneswar: A day after issuing a show-cause notice, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Tuesday sealed Silicon Institute of Technology at Patia here for violating COVID-19 norms.
According to sources, a BMC squad reached the private college this morning and sealed the campus until further orders.
On Monday, the BMC had served a show-cause notice to authorities of the educational institution after some students and staff were found not following COVID appropriate behaviour.
A coaching institute in the city was sealed on Monday for COVID-19 guidelines violation.
