Bhubaneswar: The Public Works Department (PWD) plans to build two new flyovers on the busy Jaydev Vihar-Nandankanan road to facilitate smooth management of traffic.
According to the plan, the new flyovers will come up at Kalinga Hospital Square and Damana Square. The PWD also plans to increase the lanes on the road from six to eight, Times of India reported.
“A consultant has been engaged to prepare the master plan. The sketch and map have been prepared already. The detailed project report will be ready very soon,” a PWD official said.
