Keonjhar: Forest officials have rescued a 10-foot-long python from Katupali village in Jhumpura block in Keonjhar district.
Sources said a villager had alerted forest officials after he found the python caught in a net in his backyard on Friday morning.
Personnel from Bamebari forest section went to the village and rescued the snake. Later, they released it in a forest.
