Bhubaneswar: Even as the state government has been strictly enforcing healthcare measures to check the spread of coronavirus, liquor seems to have made free flow to quarantine centres.
A video has gone viral in social media showing some youths taking liquor inside a quarantine centre in Khalana gram panchayat under Ramachandrapur police station of Keonjhar district. The youths appear to be inmates of the quarantine centre.
Police have arrested one person who has been reportedly supplying to those staying in quarantine centres.
