Bhubaneswar: Governor Ganeshi Lal will unfurl the National Flag at the state-level Republic Day parade in Bhubaneswar while Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will be the guest of honour.
In a notification, the Home Department said that the collectors of nine districts —Bhadrak, Boudh, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Jharsuguda, Kendrapada, Nuapada, Sonepur and Jagatsinghpur — will unfurl the Tricolour.
Besides, the Revenue Divisional Commissioners of the Southern, Northern and Central Divisions will be the chief guest on the occasion in Berhampur, Rourkela and Khurda, respectively.
Apart from this, the following ministers will unfurl the Tricolour at the remaining 20 district headquarters.
