The Supreme Court will hear a petition seeking review of its 14 December judgment, in which the top court had refused to order a probe into the Rafale fighter jet deal, on February 26.
On December 14 last year, the apex court had dismissed PILs, including the one filed by former Union ministers Yashwant Sinha and Arun Shourie, and lawyer Prashant Bhushan, saying there was “no occasion to doubt” the decision-making process of the Centre in the procurement of 36 jets from France.
