Kolkata: Former India captain and current head coach Rahul Dravid left for Bengaluru early on Friday morning while the rest of the Indian cricket team, including other support staff members, travelled to Thiruvanathapuram for the third and final ODI against Sri Lanka.
According to reports, Dravid suffered a BP issue ahead of the second ODI against Sri Lanka at Eden Gardens in Kolkata and was flown to Bengaluru to consult his doctors and get some precautionary tests done.
The reports further said that he is likely to join the team in Thiruvananthapuram on Saturday before the match on Sunday.
