Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Railways has opened ‘One Station One Product’ (OSOP) outlets to sell indigenous products in 21 states including Odisha and 3 Union Territories.
The pilot of the OSOP scheme was launched on March 25 last year and as on May 1, 2023, as many as 728 stations have been covered with 785 outlets across the country. The OSOP stalls have been designed through National Design Institute for uniformity.
The Ministry launched the scheme to provide a market for local/indigenous products and create additional income opportunities for the marginalised sections of society.
