Rain Alert For Odisha’s Twin Cities

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Department has forecast thundershower with light to moderate rain for 12 districts of Odisha, including Bhubaneswar and Cuttack city, till 2.15 pm on Friday.

The weather condition will prevail in Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Jharsuguda, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Nayagarh, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Khurda and Cuttack for the next three hours.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strikes.
