Rain Alert For Odisha’s Twin Cities In Next 3 Hours

Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of the India Meteorological Department has forecast light to moderate rain/thundershower with lighting in some parts of 15 districts of Odisha till 6 pm on Friday.

Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Jagatsinghpur, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Rayagada, Gajapati, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Nuapada, Bargarh and Balangir in the next three hours.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
