Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday forecast light to moderate rain in several districts of Odisha for four days from Tuesday, with little change in the weather conditions thereafter.

Dry weather is likely to prevail in remaining districts of the state during this period.
The MeT office further said that the day temperature will continue to remain 2-3 degree Celsius above normal at many places in Odisha during the next 4-5 days.
On Saturday, five places in the state had recorded temperature above 38 degree Celsius with Talcher being the hottest at 38.8 degree Celsius followed by Bhubaneswar (38.4), Angul (38.1), Jharsuguda (38) and Bhadrak (38).
