Bhubaneswar: Thunderstorm activity along with scattered to fairly widespread rain, lightning, isolated hail and gusty surface wind is likely in some districts of Odisha during the next 4-5 days, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed on Tuesday.
The MeT office has issued yellow warning for thunderstorm with lightning and gusty surface wind speed reaching 40-50 kmph in some parts of several districts in the state for 3 days. Hailstorm is likely at one or two places in Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Kandhamal and Deogarh till 8.30 am on Wednesday.
