Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar, had issued thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rainfall with gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph for Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Gajapati, Ganjam, Khurda, Puri, Cuttack and Jagatsinghpur districts till early hours of Wednesday.
Light rain is also likely to occur at a few places in coastal Odisha, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar and at one or two places in Sundargarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Deogarh, Boudh, Kandhamal, Rayagada and Koraput, the Met office said.
It has also forecast dense fog at one or two places in North coastal Odisha, Sundargarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Khurda, Puri, Nayagarh and Kandhamal.
