Bhubaneswar: Rain accompanied by thunder and lightning is likely to lash seven districts of Odisha, including Bhubaneswar and Kataka cities, on Saturday afternoon, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in a nowcast warning.
In a message issued at 1 pm, the IMD sounded a yellow warning for Kedujhar, Khordha (including Bhubaneswar city), Kataka (including Kataka city), Koraput, Malkangiri, Rayagada and Nayagada districts during next three hours.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather for worsening conditions and plan accordingly for their safety.
