Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department has issued yellow warning for seven districts of Odisha, including twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, till 4 pm on Friday.
Light to moderate rain accompanied by thundershower and lightning is likely in some parts of Sambalpur, Deogarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Nayagarh, Khurda and Cuttack distrcits in 2 to 3 hours.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and move to safer places protect themselves from lightning strikes.
