Rain, Thunderstorm & Squall@50Kmph To Hit Bhubaneswar, Cuttack In 3 Hours

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued nowcast warning for Bhubaneswar and Cuttack till 6 pm on Sunday.

Thunderstorm/lightning accompanied by gusty surface wind speed reaching 40-50 kmph and light to moderate rain is likely in some parts of the twin cities and Khurda during the next three hours.

Under its impact, minor damage might occur to loose/unsecured structures, banana trees and standing crops. People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and move to safer places accordingly.
