Bhubaneswar: Rain accompanied by thunderstorm and gusty wind is likely to lash at least seven districts of Odisha by 2 pm on Tuesday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in a nowcast warning.
In a message issued at 10.40 am, the IMD sounded a yellow warning for Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Bhadrak, Baleshwar, Kandhamal, Ganjam and Mayurbhanj districts for three hours.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather for worsening conditions and plan accordingly for their safety.
