Light to moderate rain with thunderstorms and lightning is likely in some parts of Khurda (including Bhubaneswar city), Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Malkangiri, Kandhamal, Keonjhar, Deogarh, Ganjam, Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Kalahandi, Boudh, Rayagada, Koraput, Gajapati, Nayagarh, and Jajpur during the next three hours.
