Rain To Continue In Odisha’s Twin Cities & 17 Dists

Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a nowcast warning for 19 districts of Odisha till 3.40 pm on Friday.

Light to moderate rain is likely at some places in Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Balasore, Puri, Gajapati, Ganjam, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Angul, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Jagatsinghpur, Boudh, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Nayagarh, Koraput, Malkangiri, and Rayagada during the next three hours.

People have been advised to keep a close watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
