Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday forecast light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorm and lightning at some places in six districts of Odisha till 4.30 pm.
This weather condition is likely to prevail in Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Cuttack, Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) and Balasore during the next 3 hours.
People have been advised to keep a close on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
