Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow warning for 13 districts of Odisha, including Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, till 12.40 pm on Sunday.
Light to moderate rain/thundershower with lightning may occur in some parts of Angul, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur, Nayagarh, Puri, Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Cuttack (including Cuttack city) and Gajapati.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
