Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a nowcast warning for 11 districts of Odisha till 1.20 pm on Tuesday.
Light to moderate rain is likely at some places in Khurda (including Bhubaneswar city), Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Puri, Kendrapara, Gajapati, Ganjam, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Jajpur, Bhadrak and Jagatsinghpur during the next 3 hours.
People have been advised to keep a close watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
