Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast rain accompanied by thunderstorm and lightning in some parts of 10 districts of Odisha till 2 pm on Saturday.
The weather condition will prevail in Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Jajpur, Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Khurda (including Bhubaneswar), Puri, Jagathsingpur, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Gajapati and Kandhamal.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
