Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday forecast light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorm and lighting at some places in 10 districts of Odisha during the next 3 hours.
Besides twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, this weather condition will prevail in Koraput, Gajapati, Nayagarh, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Sundargarh, Puri, Bhadrak, Khurda and Cuttack till 3.20 pm.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
