Berhampur: Several low-lying areas in this city were flooded following two hours of torrential rainfall on Thursday morning.
According to reports, rainwater has entered several houses at Gajapati Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Tulasi Nagar, Braja Nagar, Laxminrushinha Sahi and KC Town High School.
The affected residents said the water logging was due to the failure of municipal authorities to clear clogged drains.
