Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department has forecast moderate rain and thundershowers for five districts in the nest three hours.
One or two intense and heavy spells of rain are likely to affect some parts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada and Jagatsinghpur till 10.30 pm on Sunday.
The low-lying areas are likely to face water logging, occasionally poor visibility and traffic disruption in urban areas. The Met department has asked people to avoid movement in affected areas and make arrangements to drain excess water.
